Urgent/Same Day - We must receive your request by 3pm (AWST) the business day prior.

Next Business Day - To you by 6pm the next business day providing the audio is received by 11am (AWST).

Standard (3-5 days) - You can expect return of your transcript within this time period.
If audio is received after 4pm (AWST), time receipted will be the following day. It will be 3-5 days from then.
